I just finished the 101 premium fundamentals program with Heide as an instructor. I highly recommend it. It gave us the basics of BJJ and there was lots of room for questions, jokes, and small talk. It was a nice atmosphere.

I give Daniel Forino the best possible recommendation! Together with a friend a just finished the Basic 101 program. Daniel is an exceptional instructor with the rare ability to ensure that you learn and grow you skills whilst at the same time having fun. In addition you will find that Hive BJJ is a nice and welcoming place!

I have just finished the Basic 101 classes, never having tried any martial arts before, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Daniel, our main instructor, was outstanding. His teaching methods and the way he runs the classes are top-notch. A big shout-out to Christian as well for his contributions.

The social aspect at Hive is also exceptional. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, eager to ensure you have a great experience, and happy to share their knowledge. I would highly recommend Hive to anyone interested in BJJ!

Had the pleasure of attending an intermediate class while passing lovely Copenhagen. Both professor Shanti and her students were warm and welcoming people who made me feel appreciated and at home right away!

Shanti taught with natural authority and respect. The way she structured her class created a very professional, yet relaxed learning environment.

Shanti focused a lot on the finer details to explain the mechanics of the technique. And students were taught to mind timing, positioning and angles before executing the actual technique.

I had a great time and will recommend others to attend her classes or seminars.

They only allow for white gi!

I was in Copenhagen for a business trip and I was able to drop in to a training session at Hive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu .

Just finished up my private lessons with Heidi, who is an amazing instructor and walking BJJ encyclopedia.

Having no previous martial art experience whatsoever, I was expecting to be overwhelmed, but Heide took a very thorough and structured approach to learning and I'm now pretty much hooked. The atmosphere is great and the people you train with are there to learn from and help each other, which has made me feel welcome from day 1.

Having never tried Jiu-Jitsu before, the semi-private 101 classes with Heidi was a great introduction to the sport and the community. Heidi was patient, thorough and encouraged learning in a fun and relaxed but professional atmosphere. After having completed the course I feel equipped with the knowledge of all the important Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals which I should continue working on. Thanks for a great 5 weeks!

While on a work trip I dropped in for some training at the Hive. Professor Shanti has cultivated a very fun, technical, and safe training space— it was super fun training here! Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcomed. I'll be back the next time I'm in Copenhagen :)

Joined in on a couple classes while on holiday in Copenhagen, everyone was really nice and there was a great atmosphere. Can highly recommend to anyone visiting or who lives in Copenhagen!

I attended a Semi-private course with Heide as the instructor. She is a very talented instructor and gave me a great introduction to BJJ. The Semi-private course is a really good beginning as the instructor is right by your side to answer any questions you may have. Would highly recommend!

Hive is something more than a BJJ gym. Here, everyone is welcome and treated as a friend. Each coach is unique and it gives you a good mix of techniques and training methods. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to train in Copenhagen 🇩🇰

Last weekend I was at Copenhagen and looking for a place to train.I have just visited Hive and people were really friendly and the class was amazing.I have learned so many good details from Shanti and had really nice training session.Looking forward to visit again !

This gym is full of wonderful people who are also very enthusiastic about jiu-jitsu. I really like that they are very friendly, open for all genders, make lessons in English and training programs adapt for any skill level.
Gym owner and main instructor is a distinguished practitioner who can both train and perform at exceptionally high levels and be very patient and understanding teacher.

I've been a member of Hive now for half a year and I love it. In my opinion, the 3 most important aspects of a BJJ gym are:
- Experienced instructors
- Friendly training partners
- Clean mats
Hive has all 3 and more!
I enjoy training here and always look forward to class.

I am so happy to be a part of Hive BJJ. It's (currently) a small gym and all the trainers ensures a safe environment to train in and that you help each other get better and not roll with your ego. I feel its a good environment for a girl to train, to be honest.
There is a lot of focus on details and a program that have helped me improve a lot, ensuring we have our basics in order. There is a great vibe in the club, room for laughter and enjoying what we are doing and supporting each other. I have made great friends here and it's amazing to be on this growing journey of Hive and a part of the family.

I visited Hive BJJ with my girlfriend while we were on holiday. Shanti and her team were really welcoming. The instruction was brilliant, everyone was really friendly, we had great rolls and the mat space was super clean - what more could you want from a club? I would fully recommend this club to anyone visiting Copenhagen or any locals looking to take up Jiu Jitsu. Shanti is one of the highest level jiu jitsu competitors in Europe and has created a great atmosphere for learning.
