This week, Hive is well represented at the world’s largest jiu-jitsu event: the IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu CON and Master World Championships in Las Vegas 🇺🇸
Our Head Coach, Shanti Abelha, is teaching an open seminar alongside other great CheckMat profiles — becoming the first European female instructor to teach at Jiu-Jitsu CON.
And we’re not only represented on the mats teaching. Two of our students, Daniel and Vinicius, are stepping up to compete at the Master World Championships.

Hive at Venice Open! Great IBJJF Debut for Viktor @viktorluisbjj in the Adult division at IBJJF Venice Jesolo Open. At just 17 years old, Viktor had a dominating performance to bring home the gold in his weight division, and fell slightly short in the semifinal of the open weight. Travelling and competing together with him was Robert @rob_diers3 , who had some great matches but unfortunately not enough to get to the podium. Thank you to @littlechild.bjj littlechild.bjj for supporting the guys!
